Terms of Service

By using PicTrendy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or buy credits.

What you may upload

• Only photos you took yourself or have the right to use, of yourself, your own child, or someone who has agreed to it (for a child, their parent or guardian).
• Not a school photographer's proof or any other photo whose copyright belongs to someone else. Do not use PicTrendy to remove watermarks.
• Nothing sexual, nude or NSFW, nothing that sexualizes minors, nothing illegal, and nothing meant to impersonate, deceive, harass or embarrass a real person.

Our Acceptable Use Policy lists these rules in full. We may refuse a request, remove content and suspend accounts that break them, and we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

Your images

You keep your rights in the photos you upload. To the extent we can, we give you all rights in the images you generate, for personal or commercial use. You give us permission to process your photos and results only to provide the service. AI results can contain mistakes; check them before you print or share them.

Credits and payments

• Credits are one-time purchases, not a subscription. They do not expire and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Each generation uses the number of credits shown next to the Generate button. If a generation fails, the credits are returned automatically.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and may show its own name on your statement.

Refunds

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If a result is clearly broken (for example a different face or a corrupted image), email us and we will return the credits. Refunded or charged-back purchases remove the matching credits, and accounts with chargebacks may be suspended.

Limits

To keep the service fair and stable, we apply usage limits (for example, how many images an account can create per hour or day). The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
