Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
PicTrendy restyles photos you are allowed to use — it changes the background, lighting and framing of a portrait. It is not a face-swap, deepfake or face-editing tool, and users cannot write their own prompts. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
You may not use PicTrendy to create or attempt to create
- Sexual, nude, sexually suggestive or otherwise NSFW content of anyone.
- Any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors.
- Face swaps, deepfakes, or images that change who a person is or put a real person in a situation that did not happen.
- Images meant to impersonate, deceive, defame, harass, bully or embarrass someone.
- Violent, hateful, discriminatory or extremist content.
- Fake documents, IDs or any image used for fraud.
- Anything illegal where you live or in the United States.
You may not upload
- Photos of other people without their permission, or of a child unless you are their parent or guardian or have their permission.
- Photos whose copyright belongs to someone else, including school photographers' proofs. Do not use PicTrendy to remove watermarks.
- Any photo that is itself sexual, violent or illegal.
How we enforce this
Every generation uses a fixed, pre-written style prompt and is screened by an automated moderation system before it runs. We may refuse requests, remove content, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
