Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PicTrendy collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: support@pictrendy.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email address. If you sign in with Google, we only store the email address Google sends us.
• Photos you upload: used only to create the image you asked for. We do not keep the uploaded photo on our servers after the request.
• Generated images: a link to each result is saved in your account history so you can download it again.
• Credits and purchases: which pack you bought, when, and your credit balance. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store them.
• Security data: IP address and request times, used to limit abuse (rate limits, fraud checks) and kept only as long as needed for that.

Who processes your data

• AI image provider (currently WaveSpeed AI): receives your uploaded photo and the style prompt to create your image, and hosts the result.
• Payment provider (merchant of record): processes your payment, taxes and refunds.
• Email provider: sends sign-in links.
• Hosting and database providers: run the website and store your account data.
• Analytics (Google Analytics, if enabled): page-usage statistics.

These providers may be located outside your country, including in the United States. We do not sell your data, use your photos for advertising, or use them to train AI models.

Photos of children

PicTrendy is for adults. Parents and guardians may upload photos of their own children to create a portrait. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as users; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets its own cookies.

How long we keep data

Account, credit and purchase records are kept while your account exists, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Generated images and history are deleted when you delete your account.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or delete your account, by emailing support@pictrendy.com from the address on your account. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
